How do I know what vaccines I've already had?
Not sure what vaccines you or your children have already received? That's OK! There are several ways to check your records:
You will need to create an account and verify your identity. There is no cost to check your records.
Contact your regular healthcare provider.
Your healthcare provider can help you access your immunization records.
Go to a pharmacy, clinic or school.
Pharmacies and clinics may be able to help you access your records. Your child's school can help you access your child's immunization records.
Contact Kitsap Public Health
We can also help you access immunization records entered in the Washington state immunizations record system.
Stop by our offices from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Friday, at 345 6th Street, Suite 300, in Bremerton.
